Lewis P. Trippett

Mr. Trippett is an experienced litigator in estate, real estate and commercial cases.   He also provides estate planning services including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives as well as representation in real estate transactions.  

Mr. Trippett's estate and probate practice includes the representation of executors, fiduciaries and individuals in claims involving disputes over estate assets, proper execution of wills, undue influence, and the preparation and execution of wills and trusts.

Mr. Trippett's real estate practice includes the representation of purchasers or sellers of real property or shares in a cooperative corporation; and the representation of lenders in connection with mortgage transactions.

Mr. Trippett has served the public as a member of several governmental and private committees, boards and councils.
