First reported decision under new statute (since modified) that provided for immediate judgment for landlord if tenant failed to deposit rent during pendency of a summary proceeding. Trial court ruled in favor of our client and summarily evicted the commercial tenant.  See Planned Systems Installers Co., Inc. v.
